The hydraulic multi-functional drill rig is widely used in various engineering projects, including anchoring for anti-floating anchor rods, reinforcement of highway and railway slope treatments, micro-pile drilling, dewatering wells, deep excavation support, roadbed reinforcement, metro grouting, tunnel pipe shed advance support, hydropower engineering dam reinforcement and seepage prevention treatment, drainage holes, and blasting holes in mines and quarries.
Features
The rotary impact power head perfectly combines a high-torque rotating motor with an efficient hydraulic impactor. During drilling, the drill rod casing rotates and impacts simultaneously, allowing it to adapt to various complex formations. This enables rapid drilling and hole formation in challenging layers such as gravel, fractured, and backfill layers. Additionally, the rotary impact power head features an anti-impact function. When jamming occurs during drilling, the drill rod casing can be impacted in reverse to ensure smooth retrieval of the drill rod casing. The rotary impact power head is also designed with a thread compensation mechanism, which reduces the operational difficulty when replacing drill rods and casings. This mechanism protects the threads of the drill rods and casings, effectively extending their service life. Additionally, it prevents severe impacts on the hydraulic system during the replacement of drill rods and casings. The hydraulic system of this drill rig adopts a load sensing variable system, ensuring the efficient utilization of the engine and hydraulic pump, and improving the stability of the hydraulic system. With its powerful performance, high torque, large impact force, and flexible operation, this drill rig demonstrates excellent efficiency in construction.
