The XDGM50 full hydraulic anchor drilling rig adopts a modular structure, consisting of the power head, pump station, mast, control console, frame, etc. The components are connected flexibly, facilitating installation and disassembly, and also enabling quick on-site layout according to different construction environments.
Performance Features
The whole machine adopts a split modular design, composed of three major assemblies: drilling main unit (mast + power head + frame), hydraulic power station and independent control console. All pipelines are equipped with quick couplings for easy disassembly, assembly and transportation. It is suitable for narrow construction scenarios including slope support, tunnel pipe shed, foundation pit anchoring and geological exploration.
Performance Features of Anchoring Drill Rig:
(1) Compact, rigid structure with small size and light weight, featuring excellent disassembly performance. It is suitable for construction on high slopes and scaffolding platforms. Reasonable layout facilitates operation, and remote control enables safe and efficient construction. Easy to take apart for convenient transportation, cleaning and maintenance.
(2) Outstanding performance: the rotary torque of the drill rig reaches 3600Nm, with a lifting force of 45KN.
(3) Scientific integrated hydraulic circuit design, low failure rate, light weight and stable & high working efficiency.
(4) Dual safety protection for hydraulic circuits to avoid overload of oil inlet and return lines. It provides overload protection for the drill rig and downhole drilling tools, effectively preventing downhole accidents.
