Main Features of XD-420B crawler mounted DTH drilling rig

This model is equipped with a dual-motor rotating head and a variable-speed multi-channel valve. The rotation torque can reach 1950 N.m, meeting the requirements of 76mm drill rods and 130mm diameters. The maximum rotation speed can reach 150 rpm, meeting the needs of some customers for high-speed drilling in soft rock layers. At the same time, the 420B series models are standardly equipped with engineering tracks and piston motors, making the climbing ability stronger and the quality more stable and reliable. This model is the most fully-configured product among similar models.

This series of drilling machines is a cost-effective submersible drilling machine with high configuration and complete functions.

Walking motor track frame

Using engineering walking motor, climbing ability is strong, low failure rate.

Power Unit

In order to adapt to different working environments and customer requirements, various specifications of diesel engines and electric motors are used to meet various requirements in line with national emission standards.

Remove the transmission case, directly connect to the engine, and the failure rate is low.

Drill Head

Equipped with double cycloidal motor gyroscope, with large rotary torque, efficient and durable characteristics.

Drill arm

The drilling arm has a novel structure and convenient adjustment, which greatly improves the drilling operation range, and uses drilling low horizontal holes. Minimum horizontal hole height 300mm.

Control console

The new hydraulic system, with fast and slow speed, can shorten the operation auxiliary time. Meet the requirements of different working conditions.

Air filter
