Track chassis mechanism

The chassis traveling mechanism adopts a crawler excavator structure, strong climbing ability，ensuring passability and safety under different working conditions;

Stable chassis, 360° rotation；

The transverse telescopic outriggers are made of high-quality 355B steel plates, which have good toughness and strength. They are all welded with mortise and tenon structures, making them stronger and more durable.

Power head propulsion mechanism

The power head propulsion system uses a planetary reducer, which is powerful and has better power for drilling and extubation than a single motor, and is durable.The sliding frame (tail rod) beneath the power head is made of 700 manganese steel or a material with higher strength, which is not prone to deformation. Both sides are made of 30 cold-drawn square steel, which has a large contact area with the slider, and the nylon slider is wearresistant (Consumable parts are durable) to reduce customer usage costs.

Driven by dual hydraulic motors, it has a large output torque, which enhances the stability of drilling.

Raise the big arm

High-strength 700 manganese steel material, with strong load-bearing capacity. Dual support for the boom, making the boom more stable, ensuring stable lifting.

The boom bracket  are made of high-quality 355B steel plates, which have good toughness and strength.

The telescopic boom can adjust the height of the outlet, no longer relying on the height of the working surface.

Operating deck

The drilling system adds an aerial work platform to the traditional anchor drilling rig, so that all drilling operations are controlled on the platform, including the lifting, rotation, luffing of the boom, and the adjustment of the platform angle, drill pipe drilling lifting function;Easy to operate, only 2-3 people can carry out construction work.

Cpower system

Using diesel engines from well-known brands, the operation is stable, the power is strong, the efficiency is high and the cost is low.

The oil pump uses a high-pressure gear pump with its own pressure regulating valve, which can better protect the oil pump. If the oil quality is good, the warranty is 2 years.

Oil pipe

The oil pipe can withstand high pressure and high temperature, has a smooth rubber appearance and can be protected from the sun; the oil pipe joint is made of all steel, with good quality and durability.

Telescopic weight

Equipped with telescopic counterweights, the counterweights ensure a more balanced operation of the machine and prevent it from tilting due to weight.

Cab

With a wide field of vision, simple operation and humanized design, it provides a comfortable working environment for the driver.
