The sandy ground core drilling rig is capable of efficiently performing drilling and sampling operations on beach sand, effectively addressing various challenges encountered during the process. The equipment features a dedicated hydraulic rock hammer power head that combines both impact and rotary functions. A properly designed feed mechanism drives the power head to carry out drilling operations. During drilling, the power head rotates and impacts the drill string, enabling rapid penetration while maintaining vertical hole alignment. When pulling out the drill string, the same rotary and impact functions are utilized, significantly reducing resistance and allowing for quick retrieval. This greatly reduces the physical labor required for operators.

Geological exploration: In geological exploration, core drilling rigs can collect high-quality samples of minerals, soil and water bodies, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the samples, thereby improving the efficiency, accuracy and comprehensiveness of the exploration.

Features
(1) This sandy ground drilling rig adopts a design where a diesel engine directly drives the hydraulic pump for power supply. It combines the high-efficiency power output of diesel engines and precise control of hydraulic systems, delivering low-speed high-torque performance with stable transmission, accurate operation and effective shock absorption.
(2) Equipped with steel crawlers and optional wide rubber crawlers, the rig features large ground contact area and low ground pressure. It adapts to wetlands, beaches, swamps, muddy and soft terrains, and minimizes road damage.
(3) Fitted with a multi-functional hydraulic drilling power head, the rig adds hydraulic back hammer impact function based on conventional rotary drilling, integrating impact and rotary structures. High-frequency vibration of drill rods combined with high-torque rotation greatly boosts drilling and pulling efficiency. It enables rapid drilling in common rock, gravel and pebble layers.
(4) The power head is equipped with two rotary motors, which can work in series or parallel via oil circuit control. It supports high-speed low-torque or low-speed high-torque operation as required. The impact frequency reaches 2000Hz, with impact energy ranging from 250J to 500J.
(5) The base of the power head has a lateral shifting function. When the winch operates, the power head can shift sideways to facilitate hoisting drilling tools.
(6) Equipped with special hydraulic jack rods, the rig can fully extract split sampling tubes with intact samples on the ground, realizing high-fidelity sampling operations.
(7) The whole machine features compact, lightweight structure and simple electric control operation. It is easy for inspection and maintenance, achieving optimal layout with minimized size and maximized functions.
