Main Features of XDX-2A Full Hydraulic Core Rig

The rig adopts full hydraulic driving system and a crawler chassis.

Drill head adopts top drive structure, with lateral translation function and two gear stepless speed adjustment.

The rotation of drill head is driven by variable motor, with high working efficiency.

Mast is foldable, with adjustable leg supports at the lower part, and the upper mast could be equipped with extension joints as needed.

A hydraulic clamp with a stabilizer is adopted at the position above the drilling hole.

Crawler chassis

It adopts a steel track self-propelled chassis, which has strong adaptability to the site and high reliability.

Domestic well-known brand walking reducer, with stable performance and reliable quality.

Power Unit

It is equipped with a Cummins turbocharged engine, which is powerful and meets the National II emission standards.

The water tank is made of copper, which has strong corrosion resistance.

The oil disperser is made of finned aluminum alloy, which has high pressure resistance and is rust-proof.

Hydraulic system

Main hydraulic components are selected from internationally renowned brands.

Hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control.

Drill Head

Drill head adopts a chuck type structure, with lateral translation function and four gear stepless speed adjustment.
