Main Features of XDX-6 Full Hydraulic Core Rig

Main hydraulic components are selected from internationally erads.

Drill head adopts a chuck type structure, with lateral translation function and two gear stepless speed adjustment.

The rig is driven by cylinder directly for feeding.

Mast adopts oil cylinder lifting and lowering, foldable, convenient for transportation and storage, with sliding grounding function.

Hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, and the rotation of drill head spindle is driven by dual-motor with closed loop hydraulic circuits, with high operation efficiency and high torque.

Mast is equipped with centering guide in its upper and lowerd part for inclined hole construction conveniently. A hydraulic clamp is adopted at the position above the drilling hole.

Equipped with two layer working platforms.

According to the needs of users, crawler-type, platform-type, or truck-type could be selected.

Structure

The main components are described as follows

Crawler chassis

The high-strength structural steel track chassis ensures smooth movement and can adapt to harsh road conditions.

It adopts a drive motor made in South Korea, which has a long service life and a larger climbing Angle.

The four wheels and one belt are selected from the heavy-duty series, which ensures a longer service life.

Power Unit

Cummins non-road diesel engines are powerful and meet the National II and National III emission standards

The water tank is made of copper, which has strong corrosion resistance.

The oil disperser is made of finned aluminum alloy, which has high pressure resistance and is rust-proof.

Hydraulic system

The rotary main pump adopts the Danfoss 90 series closed pump from the United States, with a maximum pump pressure of up to 32 Mpa.

Advantages of closed systems: high pressure, high efficiency, good shock resistance, and no loss of rotational speed during high-pressure operation.

The rotary pressure of the drilling rig is set at 20 Mpa to achieve the set torque while ensuring the service life of the hydraulic pump.

Drill Head

The power head has a high rotational speed, smooth gear shifting and no gear skipping.

The Danfoss hydraulic motor from the United States drives the power rotation, featuring excellent impact resistance and a long service life.

The five-point clamping hydraulic chuck has a large clamping force.

The gears are made of medium-carbon alloy steel, undergo overall quenching and tempering, and are quenched on the tooth surface, featuring high strength and better wear resistance.

Mast

It adopts Q355 high-strength structural steel, which is light in weight and has a high yield strength.

The direct-push type of the oil cylinder has a simple structure and is convenient for maintenance.

It adopts a 6-wheel goose head and can use movable pulleys, providing stronger lifting force and accident handling capacity.

Main Hoist

It adopts a drive motor imported from South Korea.

The lifting force of the main hoist is120 kN.

The drum is integrally cast, which offers better strength.

The main hoist has a follow-up function, making construction more convenient and efficient.

Auxiliary Winch

The lifting force of the auxiliary hoist is 12 KN

The diameter of the steel wire rope is 6mm

Rope speed: 130m/min

It is equipped with a braking function, providing excellent braking effect, large rope capacity and good structural strength.

Control panel

The control system adopts a combination of closed and open types. The system design is simple, with a low failure rate and convenient maintenance.

The main hydraulic components adopt Dandoss from the United States.

The Italian Hyde liquid proportion handle has high control accuracy.

Foot Clamp

The gripper has a simple structure, a large clamping range, reliable clamping and a strong clamping force.

The centralizer is easy to disassemble.

Mud Pump

Adopt well-known brand mud pumps.

The mud pump control adopts proportional control, and the mud flow can be adjusted according to the working conditions.
