Main Features of XDX-800 Full Hydraulic Core Rig

Hydraulic system adopts a combination of open hydraulic circuits and electro-hydraulic control, which is stable and reliable.

Drill head adopts a chuck type structure, with lateral translation function and two gear stepless speed adjustment.

The rig is driven by cylinder directly, with stable performance, high lifting force, and strong accident handling capacity.

Mast adopts oil cylinder lifting and lowering, foldable, convenient for transportation and storage, with sliding grounding function.

The rig moves with its steel crawlers, and the walking control mode 'operation handle+wired+wireless control' could be selected.

Drilling rig tracked chassis

It adopts a steel track self-propelled chassis, which has strong adaptability to the site and high reliability.

Power Unit

Cummins non-road diesel engines are powerful and meet the National II and National III emission standards

The water tank is made of copper, which has strong corrosion resistance.

Hydraulic system

The rotation and feed lifting adopt an open hydraulic system.

Drill Head
