Main Features of XDY-1600 Full Hydraulic Core Rig

The XDY series fully hydraulic drilling rigs is for diamond wireline coring drilling process, with excellent performance, high drilling speed, stable operation, easy operation, safe and reliable, and highly integrated design, making the whole machine compact and functional, with low failure rate and simple maintenance, which significantly improves drilling efficiency and drilling quality.

Structure

The main components are described as follows

Crawler chassis

10t steel-made crawler track.

Track adopts low speed and high torque hydraulic motor, wireless remote control walking, high safety, strong climbing ability.

The moving speed of the machine can reach 2-3km/h, which is suitable for transfer and operation in mountainous areas and muddy ground.

Power Unit

Weichai six-cylinder engine, Beijing Huade axial piston pump + triple gear pump full hydraulic drive, high system pressure, strong power output.

Hydraulic system:

The hydraulic system is equipped with dual hydraulic oil filtration, two-stage air cooling + one-stage water cooling system to ensure the heat balance and cleanliness of the hydraulic system, so that the system temperature is kept within the specified range, and the stability and durability of the rig are greatly improved.

Hydraulic hose adopts two layers of steel wire braided high pressure pipe, plus protective sleeve, resistant to wear.

The hydraulic system adopts load-sensitive control, featuring high efficiency and large torque.

Equipped with a hydraulic generator, the hydraulic-driven generator converts the mechanical energy of the engine or motor into hydraulic energy through the hydraulic pump, further ensuring the operation of all components of the hydraulic system.

Drill Head

The power head adopts mechanical two-speed stepless speed regulation design, floating spindle, stable and reliable drilling, and the power head has a lateral translation mechanism, which is convenient to lift and release the drilling tool.

The rotary function of the power head is driven by an axial piston pump and a slanted shaft piston motor. It features a compact structure, small size, good shock resistance, long service life and high torque, which significantly improves the drilling efficiency.

The power head adopts an oil cylinder chain speed-increasing feeding mechanism, ensuring smooth and reliable movement.

Mast

The mast is lifted and lowered by hydraulic cylinders and can automatically extend and retract. The sliding line is 1200 millimeters long and can rotate at any angle from 0 to 90° for drilling.

Winch

It is equipped with two types of winches - main and auxiliary. This makes the construction process more convenient and efficient. It is driven by a hydraulic motor, ensuring smooth operation.

The main hoist lifting force is 30 KN.

The drum of the winch is made by a single casting process, which results in better strength and a larger rope capacity.

Control panel

The control system is simple in design, has a low failure rate and is convenient for maintenance.

Foot Clamp

The gripper has a simple structure, reliable clamping and a strong clamping force.

Mud Pump

Adopt well-known brand mud pumps.

The mud pump control adopts proportional control, and the mud flow can be adjusted according to the working conditions.
