DTH drill pipe is a new type of DTH drill pipe, which is composed of rod barrel, male joint and female joint. The rod barrel, male joint and female joint are provided with axial holes, and the rear end of male joint and the front end of female joint are embedded into the axial hole of the rod barrel by both ends of the rod barrel in interference fit mode.A shaft shoulder is arranged on the male joint and female joint of the DTH drill pipe, and the end face of the rod barrel is welded to the end face of the shaft shoulder of the male joint and the female joint.The DTH drill pipe is a new type of drill pipe and the male and female joints are connected by radial interference fit and welded from the axial end face, so the DTH drill pipe has a high torsional strength, which can meet the drilling needs.It has the characteristics of less equipment investment and light weight of drill pipe.
Usage:
42mm, 50mm, 60mm dth drill pipe is mainly used on our XDQ70 and XDQ100 portable dth drilling rig for 50mm -130mm diameter,5-30m depth slope protection project hard rock drilling, or open-pit mine blasting hole hard rock drilling. They also used on soil drilling which weld auger vane on the pipe outside with three-wings bit drilling .
