The XDT35 Integrated DTH Surface Drilling Rig is designed for efficient surface drilling in engineering construction, green mining, quarrying, and non-blasting drilling applications. It combines an open-air DTH drilling rig, screw air compressor, hydraulic system, dust removal system, crawler walking system, and drill pipe replacement system into one complete machine, helping reduce air compressor movement, compressed air loss, long-distance pipeline management, manpower demand, and on-site preparation work. With a drilling diameter of 80–115 mm for XDT35 and 80–127 mm for XDT35D, the rig supports drilling depths of 21 m, 24 m, or 30 m depending on the model configuration. Equipped with a high-automation operating system, hydraulic cylinder and steel wire rope feeding structure, high-torque rotary system, efficient dust collector, and reliable track walking system, it delivers easy operation, stable drilling performance, lower maintenance workload, and strong adaptability to harsh mine and construction environments. Structure
The XDT35 integrated DTH drilling rig consists of seven main systems:
Each system is designed to improve drilling stability, operation convenience, equipment reliability, and jobsite efficiency.
The main components are described as follows

The track walking system uses a construction machinery chassis structure with widened tracks for stronger support and smoother movement. The crawler-mounted structure improves climbing ability and off-road capability, while the leveling structure allows front and rear floating up to 10°, making rock drilling operations more stable on uneven ground.
The high and low walking speed options help reduce platform transfer time, while the propulsion mechanism uses hydraulic cylinders and steel cables for stable and powerful movement.

The power system adopts a water-cooled six-cylinder fuel-injected engine with stable performance and low energy consumption. The dual-stage dry air filter keeps intake air clean in dusty and harsh mine environments, helping reduce the engine failure rate.
The large-ratio three-in-one pump provides high pressure resistance, large displacement, stable quality, and longer service life. The two-stage compression screw air compressor improves energy efficiency, ensures stable air output, and supports reliable drilling speed.

The rotary system uses a high-torque rotary head to provide stable and long-lasting rotating power. It is suitable for different rock formations and reduces the failure rate and daily maintenance cost of the surface DTH drilling rig.

The drill pipe replacement system is designed for clear and simple operation. It supports loading and unloading drill pipes through single-to-single control, enabling single-person operation, reducing labor costs, enhancing operator safety, and improving drilling efficiency.

The electrical system adopts an electro-hydraulic direct control design. It is simple, practical, and easy to maintain. The system provides clear data display, real-time monitoring of operating parameters, and fault alarms for convenient troubleshooting.
Feed pressure and rotation speed can be adjusted steplessly, allowing the integrated DTH surface drill rig to adapt to more rock layer environments. Fast lifting and feeding functions also help reduce drill rod disassembly time and improve work efficiency.
