Track walking system

Using the four-wheel and one-track structure of construction machinery, the chassis has good strength. The widened tracks enable smooth movement, and it has strong climbing ability. Rock drilling operations become more stable. The leveling structure allows for a 10° front and rear floating, significantly enhancing the off-road capability of the drilling machine. The speed of the machine can be switched between high and low, saving time for platform transfer. The propulsion mechanism uses a combination of hydraulic cylinders and steel cables for propulsion, making the movement more stable and powerful.

Power system

Adhering to the national III emission standard, it features stable performance and low energy consumption. The dual-stage dry air filter ensures the cleanliness of the intake air in harsh environments and reduces the failure rate of the engine. The large-multiplication ratio three-in-one pump has high pressure resistance, large displacement, stable quality and longer lifespan. The two-stage compression screw machine significantly improves the energy efficiency ratio, ensures stable air volume output, and guarantees the drilling speed.

Rotary system

The high-torque power rotating head provides stable and long-lasting rotating power; it also has a low failure rate, reducing the daily maintenance costs. It is suitable for various rock working conditions.

Drill pipe replacement system

The function of loading and unloading drill pipes is achieved through single-to-single control, with clear and easy operation. It enables single-person operation, saves labor costs, enhances personnel safety, and improves drilling efficiency.

Electrical system

The electro-hydraulic direct control system design is simple and practical. It has a low failure rate; it is controlled by modules, with clear display of all data, real-time monitoring of various parameters, and it has parameter fault alarms for convenient maintenance and repair; it can quickly lift and advance, reducing the time for disassembling the rods and improving efficiency. The advancing pressure and rotation speed can be adjusted infinitely to adapt to more rock layer environments.

Dust removal system

An efficient hydraulic dust collector, equipped with a sliding dust collection hood, has a high dust collection efficiency, stable performance, effectively prolongs the service life of the drilling machine, ensures the health of the operators, and has a good environmental protection effect.
