It is a fully hydraulic crawler-type drilling machine that integrates deep foundation pit slope anchoring, rotary jet grouting, and water drainage, and can meet the requirements of various construction processes. It has the characteristics of good mobility, wide range of operation positions, high efficiency, excellent drilling quality and low pollution.
Main features
1. The system has a simple structure, is easy to maintain and has low cost. 2. The power head adopts a hydraulic speed-changing method and is equipped with high and low gears, which can meet the requirements of various strata and different drilling techniques. 3. The selective power ratio effectively reduces power consumption and waste. 4. The overall structure is simpler, the layout is more reasonable, and the operation is easy to understand and user-friendly. 5. The column can extend and retract, which can meet the needs of anchor bolt construction. 6. The frame rotation uses a large-diameter slewing bearing, and when necessary, the hole position can be easily turned to the side of the tracks for work. 7. The standard configuration adopts double clamps and is equipped with a special unloading tool, which reduces the labor intensity and operation time for the installation and removal of the drill pipe. 8. During rotary jet grouting, if a through-hole power head and an auxiliary tower are added, it can be upgraded to a high-tower frame rotary jet grouting drill rig, achieving a lifting of the drill pipe by 12 meters at one time, reducing the frequency of disassembling the drill pipe and improving the rotary jet grouting efficiency.
