• Inspect bit wear before operation and replace brand-new alloy bits timely;
• Maintain DTH hammers after every 500 meters of drilling: replace oil seals, valve plates and fill special lubricant;
• Inspect hydraulic pipelines and quick connectors regularly, coat thread sealing grease evenly to eliminate leakage;
• Equip air compressors with matching displacement strictly according to equipment parameters to guarantee stable rated working pressure.

2. Rapid Temperature Rise of Hydraulic Power Station with High-temperature Alarm Shutdown

50. Fault Performance: The temperature of power unit surges after half an hour of continuous operation, triggering overheat protection and automatic shutdown, disabling continuous work.

• Radiator blocked by accumulated dust and gravel, obstructing heat dissipation channels;
• Insufficient hydraulic oil or deteriorated viscous hydraulic oil;
• Excessively high pressure setting of hydraulic overflow valve leading to overloaded operation;
• No sunshade protection in high-temperature field environments, failing to dissipate heat efficiently.

• Clean dust and gravel on radiator surface daily after work to keep ventilation channels unobstructed;
• Replace original special hydraulic oil periodically and fill standard oil volume as marked;
• Adjust overflow valve pressure moderately according to geological rock conditions to avoid long-term full-load operation;
• Build simple sunshades for outdoor construction in summer and pause operation intermittently for cooling to extend service life.

3. Easy Bending & Damage of Connecting Hoses on Split Drill Frame Leading to Oil Leakage & Pressure Loss

50. Fault Performance: High-pressure hoses crack from repeated bending during multi-angle adjustment of drill frame, causing hydraulic oil leakage and weak thrust force.

• No fixing clamps for hose layout, leading to excessive tension and bending during frame lifting;
• Long-term friction between hoses, rocks and steel frames wears out outer rubber layers;
• Non-standard inferior high-pressure hoses fail to meet pressure and anti-bending standards.

• Fix hoses with original pipeline clamps during installation and reserve sufficient moving margin to avoid rigid tension;
• Install wear-resistant protective sleeves at friction points between pipelines and steel frames;
• Equip the whole machine with original anti-bending high-pressure hydraulic hoses and inspect pipeline wear regularly;
• Straighten pipelines in advance before moving or adjusting drill frame angles to minimize sharp bending.
