XDT integrated DTH drilling rig integrates air-compressor unit, drilling assembly, automatic rod changer and crawler travelling system. Working in heavily-dusty mine environment, standardized daily maintenance is critical for high equipment availability and long service life.

Pre-shift Inspection

1. Check crawler tension, track shoes and rollers; inspect all hydraulic hoses for leakage.
2. Check built-in air-compressor system, inspect air filter and confirm proper oil level.
3. Inspect automatic rod-changing mechanism, ensure smooth movement without jamming.
4. Service dust-collector system, clean filter element and guarantee unobstructed airflow.
5. Verify engine oil, fuel and coolant level; inspect thread condition of DTH hammer, drill rods and bits.

Post-shift Maintenance

1. Clean rock dust and debris from machine body, crawlers and mast to prevent abrasive damage to moving parts.
2. Apply grease to all hinge joints and guide rails of automatic rod changer.
3. Empty dust inside dust-collector box; maintain air-compressor filter.
4. Inspect drilling-tool wear, store drill rods and bits properly.

Note: Avoid over-depth and over-load drilling. Stop operation immediately upon abnormal noise, oil leakage, air-compressor malfunction or rod-changer jamming. Contact manufacturer technical support for major faults
