Recently, two sets of KY series full-hydraulic tunnel drilling rigs from XINGDA Machinery, along with complete supporting drilling tools, have passed factory inspection, been loaded and shipped to Myanmar. The equipment will be deployed for local underground tunnel exploration projects, marking another recognition of XINGDA mining drilling machinery in the Southeast Asian market.

The KY series full-hydraulic tunnel drilling rig is our core underground drilling equipment. Driven by a manually variable motor for spindle rotation, it features a wide speed adjustment range and stable operation. It is applicable for both high-speed diamond drilling and low-speed hard alloy drilling. The rig adopts centralized control, with simple, labor-saving and safe operation. It boasts good disassembling performance for easy assembly, disassembly and relocation. With a compact structure and convenient installation, it can drill boreholes at any orientation from 0° to 360°.

Hydraulic transmission controls the chuck, holder and feed cylinder to realize linked drill string handling. Equipped with mechanical breakout for drill pipes, it achieves a high level of mechanization and greatly reduces workers’ labor intensity. The hydraulic system uses a multi-pump dual oil supply design for reasonable power matching, delivering stable power output under complicated geological conditions.

This batch of drilling equipment bound for Myanmar has been optimized to adapt to complex geology and confined working space of local tunnels. Strict full-range tests were completed before delivery to guarantee stable long-term operation on overseas job sites.
