Recently, the drilling project equipped with our drilling tools successfully completed drilling construction at a depth of 1000 meters. Inspection after operation shows that the supporting drill bit suffers only slight overall wear, and the key spline structure remains intact without damage. The working condition of core components far exceeds the customer’s expectation, and the product has won unanimous high recognition from the customer on site.

The formation at 1000-meter depth features complex working conditions and highly abrasive rock, which imposes strict requirements on the drill bit’s alloy buttons, matrix strength and spline transmission structure. The field construction proves that our drill bit adopts optimized wear-resistant matrix and high-strength carbide layout. It effectively resists impact and abrasive loss during continuous deep drilling. The precisely machined spline stays intact for stable power transmission, without common failures such as cracking, deformation and excessive wear. It greatly reduces the frequency of drill string replacement on site and cuts comprehensive construction costs.
