Recently, the production workshop of Hubei Xingda Machinery has finished comprehensive inspection, accessory inventory and wooden case packaging for a batch of XDQ-30 portable gasoline-powered core drilling rigs. The complete sets including drill rods, coring tools, water hoses and wearing spare parts are neatly packed, soon to be delivered to various construction sites across the country, covering mountain geological surveys, shallow mine sampling and infrastructure geotechnical investigation projects.

Custom-designed for shallow geological exploration, the XDQ-30 mini drilling rig features lightweight framework, gasoline drive free from mains electricity, and convenient disassembly & transportation, perfectly catering to harsh field conditions including rugged mountainous terrain, confined operation areas and scattered survey points.

Equipped with high-power gasoline engine, the rig requires no external power supply and supports round-the-clock vertical core drilling in forests, wilderness and slopes without electricity access. Thanks to split detachable structure and compact lightweight design, the unit can be easily carried and relocated by two workers, enabling smooth access to steep hills and mountain roads which are inaccessible for large conventional drilling machines.

Adopting chain lifting feeding system, the rig delivers steady propulsion and efficient drilling speed. It realizes precise positioning and obtains intact continuous rock core samples from soil layers, weathered rock and shallow bedrock, clearly reflecting underground stratigraphic structure. It provides accurate data for geological survey, mine reserve assessment, highway slope monitoring and pre-construction geotechnical exploration. The rig boasts user-friendly operation with low learning cost, stable performance and low failure rate during long-term field work. A full set of drilling tools, water supply assemblies and spare parts are delivered together; clients can launch drilling work quickly after simple assembly and commissioning, greatly shortening project preparation time.

All shipped equipment has passed strict factory tests including no-load trial run, pressure adjustment and tightness inspection. Reinforced solid wooden cases are adopted to avoid collision, vibration and dampness during long-distance transportation, ensuring intact delivery to construction sites.
