Maintenance Guide for Xingda XD CrawlerMounted DTH Drilling Rig

XD-series crawler DTH rig operates continuously in highly-dusty, rock-impact mine and quarry environment. Standard maintenance reduces unplanned downtime and extends service life of main unit, hydraulic parts and drilling assemblies.

Pre-Shift Inspection

Check crawler tension, track shoes and rollers for wear or damage.
Inspect hydraulic hoses and fittings for leakage; check tightness of all bolts.
Service dust-collector unit, clean filter element and ensure unobstructed airflow.
Verify oil, fuel and coolant level of power unit.
Inspect mast and feed guide; check thread condition of DTH hammer, drill rods and bits.

Post-Shift Maintenance

Clean rock dust and debris from machine, crawlers and mast to avoid abrasive wear on moving parts.
Apply grease to all hinge and pivot points.
Empty dust from dust-collector box.
Inspect drilling tools for wear and store properly.

Note: Avoid sustained over-load forced drilling. Stop operation in case of abnormal noise, oil leakage or poor dustcollection performance. Contact manufacturer technical support for major failures.
