Xingda XD-series crawler-mounted DTH drilling rig is an integrated rock-drilling solution for medium-large mines and quarries. It integrates diesel power unit, crawler travelling chassis, drilling assembly and built-in dust collector, combining drilling, relocation and dust suppression in one unit.
Delivering ample power output, it achieves high-efficiency drilling in hard rock such as granite and basalt. The rubber crawler chassis adapts to stony, muddy and uneven mine ground. Self-propelled relocation without trailer enables flexible movement inside quarries, open-pit mines and slope-stabilization sites. Multi-angle tilting mast supports vertical and inclined blastholes as well as anchor holes.
Equipped with integrated dust collector as standard, it greatly reduces drilling dust for safer and eco-friendly operation. Featuring user-friendly controls and robust hydraulic system, it supports customized hole sizes and configurations. Widely deployed in domestic open-pit mines and quarries, it is also exported in large volumes to global mining markets. Complete packages of DTH hammers, bits and drill rods are available for one-stop solutions.
