Recently, Hubei Xingda XDX-6 full hydraulic geological core drilling rig achieved remarkable construction results at the geological exploration project of Dachang Mining Area in Hunan Province. The second exploration borehole was successfully finished. Drilled with HQ specification 95mm diameter drill pipes, the final drilling depth reached 1410.6 meters. Prior to this, the same model rig had completed the first borehole with a final depth of 1413 meters. Both boreholes exceeded 1400 meters in deep core drilling, and the stable and efficient deep drilling performance of the equipment has been highly recognized by the mining contractor.

Throughout the construction period, the XDX-6 ran smoothly with controllable drilling speed and qualified core recovery rate. Even after continuous kilometer-depth operation, the hydraulic system maintained normal temperature with extremely low failure rate, perfectly fulfilling continuous core sampling work with 95mm HQ drill pipes, fully demonstrating its superior quality for ultra-long-distance drilling in complex formations.
