The XDKD-5 underground core drilling rigs exported to Africa this time are split modular exploration machines specially developed by our company for narrow underground tunnel conditions. The whole machine is divided into three independent modules: drill rig main body, hydraulic power station and control console. Easy to disassemble and transfer, the rig can smoothly pass through narrow underground roadways, perfectly matching underground drilling operations of gold, copper, lead-zinc and other mines across Africa. Driven by full hydraulic system, its high-torque power head ensures efficient core sampling in hard rock formations. It reaches a maximum drilling depth of 150 meters with standard HQ drill rods. The integrated control panel with pressure gauges and multi-way control valves enables intuitive monitoring of construction parameters, featuring easy operation and low maintenance costs.

To tackle tough working conditions in African mines including high temperature, heavy dust, limited underground space and poor transportation, our R&D team specially optimized the hydraulic heat dissipation, dustproof sealing and lightweight split structure. Equipped with a self-contained diesel power station, the rig can operate without external industrial power supply, which is ideal for remote African mining sites without power grid coverage.

During loading, our quality inspection and logistics team followed strict export protection standards. Precision components including drill booms, hydraulic pipelines and control consoles were wrapped and protected, all connection points were tightly fastened. We also completed full verification of customs documents, equipment manuals and after-sales spare parts kits to guarantee intact delivery during long-distance ocean transportation.
