Xingda portable core drilling rig is a shallow core-sampling machine developed for geological survey, infrastructure investigation and mine sampling. Aiming at the pain points of complex field working conditions, it integrates portability, fast disassembly, stable performance and easy operation. It efficiently conducts core sampling in mountains, hilly zones, road construction sites and confined work zones, serving domestic infrastructure projects and exploration programs worldwide.

Adopting modular frame design, the rig avoids heavy-duty structure. It can be disassembled, transported and set up manually without large lifting machinery, solving access difficulties in remote sites unreachable by vehicles. Equipped with highperformance gasoline power unit, it works independently without external power supply. The two-speed transmission delivers powerful drilling force with accurate positioning, retrieving intact core samples to support geological research and engineering evaluation.

This rig fits a wide range of applications: general geological survey, mine investigation and sampling; highway & railway subgrade inspection; geotechnical prospecting for municipal construction; as well as small-scale drilling projects in Southeast Asia, South Asia and other overseas regions. Optional manual winch is available to reduce labor intensity during drill-rod lifting and improve working efficiency.

Balancing reliability and cost-performance, the rig features robust reinforced key components to adapt to harsh field conditions with dust, mud and temperature variation. Optimized for human-machine operation, it can be operated after simple training. Complete supporting accessories including drill rods and bits are supplied for different rock formations.
