The main components are described as follows

Main Machine

The main body is mainly composed of five components: ① foot clamp; ② mast assembly; ③ power head; ④ winch; ⑤ base

The description of the main machine is as follows:

① Foot Clamp

It is in the structure of clamping or releasing hydraulic chuck with two cylinders pushing the taper sleeve. It is in the function as: ① To work together with drill head, the clamp can hold rod for making and breaking. ② There is a centralizer to control the rod for its reliability to guarantee the well drilling.

② Mast

The universal dual-support system forms a spatial triangular structure with the feed beam. It can drill at any angle ranging from 45 degrees to 90 degrees, ensuring the stability and reliability of the feed beam at any angle.

③ Power head

Its form is a top drive structure driven by a hydraulic motor, with hydraulic stepless speed regulation and a mechanical two-speed gear system. It prevents accidental disengagement of the drill pipe, has a large propulsion force and high efficiency.

④ Winch

Hydraulic control is achieved by retracting and extending the steel wire rope to lift and lower the load.

Control Panel

The operation valve is highly centralized, with flexible control, stable performance and high controllability. It is also more aesthetically pleasing and direct.

Power Unit

Modular design, convenient for transportation. Equipped with renowned brand engines, the machine operates stably. The powerful engine and high-performance configuration ensure a longer service life of the machine.
