Structure

The main components are described as follows

Control console

The Control console is the control device of the drilling rig.It is composed of a control valve, a frame, an oil mist generator, a pressure gauge, etc.The reversing valve controls the power head to feed in.The pressure gauge on the console shows the feed force of the power head. The oil mist generator atomizes the lubricating oil and injects it into the pneumatic system. It lubricates the moving parts such as the solenoid valves and cylinders to reduce mechanical friction and extend the service life of the equipment. The control console has a simple structure and is easy to operate and move.

Power head assembly

It consists of 3kw or 4kw air motor, reducer and transimission box. It has strong power and high efficiency.Precautions: The box needs to be filled with butter before use, otherwise it will reduce the life of the gear.

Mast assembly

It consists of mast and air cylinder. The mast is made of high-strength type steel welded, with light weight and high strength. Precautions: When using for a long time and encountering air leakage from the cylinder, replace the sealing ring on the cylinder head at the end of the cylinder in time, and check whether the piston cup on the white piston rod is damaged by the way.

Pumping station

This pumping station consists of an integrated power system and an oil tank. The power system includes electric components, radiators, electrical cabinets, etc. The motor drives the oil pump to convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy and then drives the actuating elements to operate.The large-capacity fuel tank ensures the smooth operation of the drilling rig for a long period of time.

Connection hose

Using high-strength density rubber, it has excellent flexibility and is highly wear-resistant. The joints are tightly connected to the pipes and have stable performance.
