Structure

The components of the XDQ-70(100) Pneumatic DTH Drilling Rig: 1. Control console, 2. Power head assembly, 3. Mast assembly, 4.Connection hose (4 parts)

The main components are described as follows

Control console

It consists of control valve and frame.The structure is simple and it is easy to move.

Power head assembly

It consists of 3kw or 4kw air motor, reducer and transimission box. It has strong power and high efficiency.Precautions: The box needs to be filled with butter before use, otherwise it will reduce the life of the gear.

Mast assemby

It consists of mast and air cylinder.The mast is made of high-strength type steel welded, with light weight and high strength. Precautions: When using for a long time and encountering air leakage from the cylinder, replace the sealing ring on the cylinder head at the end of the cylinder in time, and check whether the piston cup on the white piston rod is damaged by the way.

Connection hose

Using high-strength density rubber, it has excellent flexibility and is highly wear-resistant. The joints are tightly connected to the pipes and have stable performance.

XDQ70 include 1pcs 25mm hose, 2pcs 19mm hose, 2pcs 13mm hose

XDQ100 include 1pcs 38mm hose, 4pcs 19mm hose
