Conventional split drilling rigs consume massive time on relocation and inconvenient transfer between underground working faces, failing to meet large-scale advanced hydrological exploration demands. The mine adopted Xingda KY-600BL crawler full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig for advanced water exploration boreholes and pressure relief drainage boreholes. Relying on self-propelled crawler structure, high-pressure water stop system and powerful hydraulic drilling performance, the rig detects hydrogeological data in advance and drains confined groundwater to guarantee safe roadway tunneling.

1. Self-propelled Crawler Chassis for Flexible Transfer in Narrow Underground Roadways Equipped with solid steel crawler chassis, the KY-600BL requires no disassembly for transportation. It can travel and turn freely on muddy, slippery and confined underground roadways under its own power. For cyclic construction across multiple underground working faces, it eliminates repeated disassembly and manual handling, drastically cutting relocation time.
