• Project Overview

This project is carried out in underground tunnels of a gold mine in Loudi, Hunan Province. The XDKD-5A split full-hydraulic underground core drilling rig is adopted for underground geological core exploration, equipped with NQ drill rods with a target drilling depth of 100 meters. The technical team of Hubei Xingda Imp&Exp Trading Co., Ltd. was stationed at the mining site. Facing limited underground space and complex tunnel conditions, our engineers completed rig assembly and commissioning, optimized drilling parameters, and delivered specialized training on underground safe operation and equipment maintenance for work crews, ensuring orderly progress of deep resource exploration for the gold mine.

The drill head and power station can be detached easily for manual transportation, making it highly suitable for narrow underground tunnels. Compatible with NQ wireline core drilling technology, it satisfies underground exploration tasks within 100 meters depth, widely used for underground resource survey and advance geological investigation in gold mines and non-ferrous metal mines.
