XDL- RC Series Drilling Rig

XDL- RC series drilling rig is mounted on a crawler chassis, driven by full hydraulic system, power head type drilling rig, which is used to drill vertical or inclined hole, and also the drilling techniques way of the following: Drill auger drill Down-The-Hole hammer drill Mud forward circle drill ODEX tools(casing pipe following) drill with DTH hammer Medium reverse circle drill The drilling rig is able to resolve the difficulty of boring in the soft and loose cover ground condition, the screes and gravels area and also the fragmentation stratum according to different drilling techniques ways. Therefore, it is widely used in varieties of the boring work. The drilling rig is mainly applied in RC drill/water well and observation well, geothermal hole,mini foundation pile hole.

Hydraulic Unit

Using Permco 757525 hydraulic oil pump, reliable quality, smooth operation, strong pressure and wear resistance.

Power Unit

Cummins 132 kW six cylinder direct injection motor, strong power, low fuel consumption, long service life.

Power head

The power head adopts mechanical two-speed stepless speed regulation design, low-speed torque doubling, stable and reliable drilling, and the power head has a lateral translation mechanism, which is convenient to lift and release the drilling tool.

Hydraulic motor

The use of Danfoss 6K490 rotary motor, compact structure, small size, impact resistance, long life, large torque, greatly improve the drilling efficiency.

Mast

Combined mast, automatically retractable, slip line up to 1200mm, can be 0-90° Drilling at any Angle.

Steel Crawler

Track adopts low speed and high torque hydraulic motor, wireless remote control walking, high safety, strong climbing ability. The moving speed of the machine can reach 2km/h, which is suitable for transfer and operation in mountainous areas and muddy ground.

Mast

Cyclone collector (Cyclone separator)

Cuttings enter the sample collector through the inner pipe of the drill pipe and do not touch other areas, thus avoiding cross-contamination and resulting in high-quality, reliable samples. Samples are easy to classify and track, have exact location and depth, and can accurately determine the mineralized location.
