Spare Parts Supply

Our company has established a spare parts supply system centered on our own production capabilities, demonstrating significant advantages in the supply chain. Relying on a production base of over 23,000 square meters, more than 450 advanced pieces of equipment, and hundreds of skilled workers, we have achieved the independent design and manufacturing of core components of drilling machines, ensuring the consistency of quality, technical compatibility, and supply stability of spare parts from the source. This deep vertical integration capability enables us to dynamically maintain a large inventory of spare parts, covering not only regular consumables but also key components, thus forming a rapid and precise spare parts response network. Our service team can promptly mobilize resources to provide convenient and efficient after-sales support to global customers, ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the equipment and completely eliminating customers' concerns.

Guide To Key Points Of Drill Rig Maintenance

1. The full-chain closed-loop quality control process

Stop the machine and ensure safety

  • Turn off the engine and remove the start key.
  • Hang a "Under Maintenance, Do Not Operate" sign on the control panel.
  • Perform pressure relief on the hydraulic system to prevent accidental actions.

Personal protective equipment (PPE): wear a helmet, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe boots

2. Daily Checklist (Before Operation)

Serial Number

Inspection Items

Standard/Method

1

Hydraulic Oil Level

The oil level should be at the center line of the sight glass (check when the machine is cold).

2

Engine Oil

Check for emulsification (water) between the dipstick marks.

3

Coolant

The coolant level in the reservoir should be between MIN and MAX.

4

Air Filter

Observe the indicator; clean/replace if a red alarm is triggered.

5

Drill Pipe, Drill Tools

Inspect for wear and cracks; clean threads and apply grease.

6

Wire Rope (if applicable)

No broken wires, flattened wires, kinks, well lubricated.

7

Bolt Tightening

Torque recheck for critical components (mast, slewing platform).

8

Instruments and Alarms

No abnormal alarms after startup, instrument readings are normal.

3. Periodic Maintenance Schedule

Weekly (50 hours) maintenance

  • Hydraulic system: Check all hydraulic pipelines for leakage and wear. Clean the hydraulic oil return filter.
  • Electrical system: Check whether the battery terminals are fastened and free from corrosion. Clean the dust on the surface of the controller and sensor.
  • Lubrication: Apply the specified lithium-based grease to all lubrication points (brass fittings), especially the slewing bearings, pulley shafts, and cylinder pin shafts

Monthly maintenance (250 hours)

  • Hydraulic system: Check all hydraulic pipelines for leakage and wear. Clean the hydraulic oil return filter.
  • Electrical system: Check whether the battery terminals are fastened and free from corrosion. Clean the dust on the surface of the controller and sensor.
  • Lubrication: Apply the specified lithium-based grease to all lubrication points (brass fittings), especially the slewing bearings, pulley shafts, and cylinder pin shafts

Every six months (1500 hours) or annual maintenance

  • Hydraulic system: Check all hydraulic pipelines for leakage and wear. Clean the hydraulic oil return filter.
  • Electrical system: Check whether the battery terminals are fastened and free from corrosion. Clean the dust on the surface of the controller and sensor.
  • Lubrication: Apply the specified lithium-based grease to all lubrication points (brass fittings), especially the slewing bearings, pulley shafts, and cylinder pin shafts

4. Long-Term Storage (Over 3 Months)

01

Thorough cleaning

Rinse the drill thoroughly, especially the drill rod threads and hydraulic cylinder rod.

02

Rust prevention treatment

Apply rust preventive oil to all exposed metal surfaces (including drill pipes). When the hydraulic cylinder rod is retracted, apply butter and cover it with a protective sleeve.

03

Engine maintenance

Change the engine oil, fill the fuel tank to capacity and add preservatives. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery and charge it once every 3 months.

04

Tires/Tracks

Elevate the equipment so that the tires/tracks are off the ground to prevent deformation.

05

Record status

Take photos to record the equipment status and archive the maintenance log.

5. For Special Working Conditions

Operating Conditions

Additional Maintenance Focus

High Humidity/Coastal Areas

Apply anti-rust and insulating spray to all electrical connections

Inspect cable sheaths for damage weekly

Replace bearing grease with waterproof type

Extreme Cold Climates (below -20℃)

Use low-pour-point hydraulic oil and diesel fuel

Install engine preheating device

Warm up at low speed for 15 minutes before hydraulic operation

Continuous high-intensity construction

Check hydraulic oil temperature daily (not exceeding 85℃)

Spare critical components (such as sealing packages, sensors) on-site

High dust environment (desert, mine)

Clean air filter every shift

Inspect the electrical cabinet for sealing; install a positive pressure fan

Blow dust from the radiators daily

6. Maintenance records and digitalization suggestions

Paper record form template

Provide a simple Excel/PDF form, including date, hours, project, replacement parts, and signature column.

QR code system (recommended)

Affix a unique QR code on the drill body, which links to:

  • Multi-language maintenance video
  • Electronic parts manual
  • Online fault reporting portal

Early warning service

Customers can register their devices to receive regular maintenance email reminders (calculated based on operating hours).

7. Emergency response

A large amount of hydraulic oil has leaked

  • Stop the machine immediately.
  • Locate the leakage point and apply leak-stopping tape/sealant for temporary treatment.
  • Contact us to obtain emergency sealing kits (international express delivery within 24 hours)

Control system malfunction

  • Stop the machine immediately.
  • Locate the leakage point and apply leak-stopping tape/sealant for temporary treatment.
  • Contact us to obtain emergency sealing kits (international express delivery within 24 hours)

8. Spare parts ordering information

Recommended list of commonly stocked spare parts

Complete set of hydraulic filters, drill rod connecting bolts and locknuts, pilot oil line hoses (wear parts), fuse and relay kit
